No I haven't been working out. Just doing day to day things getting exercise that way. Gym membership just came in the mail, maybe that will help.

Down 15 lbs 10 days post op

I wanna know the secret also. I Los 15 pounds in 7 days

Lost 7 # in First 12 days

For me I am now eating 3 meals a day (I am on regular food 10 days post op) no red meat, no carbonated drinks and no raw vegetables. I just started that 2 days ago. I walk every day, minimum of 30 minutes (even if I do 2 15 mins). I just follow what ever my doctors say.

Oops forgot to add 2 -3 snacks which I make protein shakes . I only got 4 oz of protein shake

Yesterday I was too full all day. Every meal I have is protein based. I have had deli sliced turkey, egg salad w/ low fat mayo, cottage cheese . I have tuna, retries beans and pink

Salmon that I have not tried yet. I also wanna try cheese
