Keep up the good work

4 days shy of 2 months....65 pounds.

i do not eat meat....only fresh veggies... (aka salads with fat free dressings)

108 g of Protein a day via shakes

i work out in the gym 2 1/2 hours a day 4 days a week.

and on off gym days i bike or walk at least 2 hours a day.

tragedy that's great. Were u a non meat eater before surgery?

no lynn....i LOVED meat...i just cannot eat it now. tuna and chicken has come up enough times that i cant even think of eating it anymore. i pretty much live on greek yogurt with splenda and salads ...i do not feel deprived in the least.

if you told me this would happen PRE surgery i wouldve laughed my butt off.

I went from 315 to 250 so far.. so far to go ...but omg the difference!!

For me I am now eating 3 meals a day (I am on regular food 10 days post op) no red meat' date=' no carbonated drinks and no raw vegetables. I just started that 2 days ago. I walk every day, minimum of 30 minutes (even if I do 2 15 mins). I just follow what ever my doctors say.[/quote']

Regular food 10 days post op!? Wow! I've never heard of that before but congratulations!

Tomorrow I will be 8 weeks post op and I am down 51 pounds. Started out 297 and as of this morning I am 246.

I so agree with "I just follow what ever my doctors say"!! Focus on following the protocol and doing whatever your doctors say and let the weight take care of itself. Amen!!

Well I gained 13 pounds in the hospital I'm 4days post op. I thought it was funny! I've ingested 40 calories a day since surgery so its obviously fluids. My husband and I just laughed til my tummy hurt! He said the Dr didn't do the surgery he just implanted a 15 pound dumbell in my tummy!
