Protien Totals?

Hi- I see that everyone has different foods they are allowed to start with- but how many grams of protein are you supposed to get each day? My dr says 60 grams (3 weeks post op). What about you? What of you get 70-80 in? Is that ok??

MFP stands for My Fitness Pal

They have a website and a app for your phone that keeps track of everything...greatest thing EVER for me. Once you spend the time setting it up how you want. Check it out.

There's an iPhone app for my fitness pal? I can't seem to locate it!

I have an android phone and there is an app...but I am pretty sure there is an iPhone one too.

My program says 60 tp 70 grams protein a day ....I am on day 12 and getting about 50 and it's a struggle ...better now that I found isopure !

Where do you but the tasteless protein powder to add to soups etc?

Ikr... Me too! It was so hard to find one that tasted "0k"... It makes it so much easier to get the suffiecient Protein in!
