I had gastric bypass on 3/5/2015

my starting weight was 249, day of surgery I was 228, and 3 weeks after surgery I'm 216. It's a slow process but I'm finally seeing results and can't wait to start working out next week (more so walking) because I need my energy back! :)

Skinnyme, you look so good and your transformation is incredible and impressive at that. Congrats on losing your weigh and striving to succeed like all of US! You keep doing what your doing ????????????????.

Wendiwithni girl you are looking fabulous! I'm impressed and amazed how well you've done! You should be very proud of your accomplishments, for real! Love your before and after pics, I know u still losing but your a inspiration to many. My pic is on her too not to far from yours. Keep up the great job your doing, we are all proud of you!

Is it worth it I'm afraid of complications I have 150lb loose

It's totally worth it! Not everyone has complications, and I'm one of the lucky ones. I stated this journey at 439lbs and had my surgery on December 15,2014 at 383lbs, and now 3 1/2 months post I'm down to 312. I still have 152 to go to reach my goal and I'm not letting anything get in my way.
