Pre-Op and Two Months Post-Op

this is me 11 months post op I've lost 140 pounds and loving the new me!! Never ever going back!

Surgery was 7/8/14. Starting weight was 270, current weight is 197. Still a ways to go, but so happy with the results do far. Went from size 22 to 16 in 4 months!!!

@breehuskys that's awesome honestly consentrate on staying hydrated! Drink drink drink your water!

Here are my before and after. Today is my 1 year surgiversary!

Started at 333 pounds and currently 173 pounds

I have 17 pounds to go until goal!!!

I had my revision RNY on 6/28/12 so the 22lbs I've lost aren't even noticeable. Here are my before pics.

You all look awesome!! I had surgery on 9/8 the day of I was down to 231, my highest ever 278, but SW with the program was 245. Currently down to 198!!!

1st picture is 11/2013, 2nd was about 2 weeks after surgery, third was 2 weeks ago & the last was just last week. Pictures are hard to come by before surgery I hid from the camera.

Me highest weight was 330. I had surgery on the 23rd of July. And i was 287. Now 2 months post and down to 240! I can't see a difference when I look at myself other than I have a neck now! Lol but when I see pictures I can see the little differences. Can't wait to keep losing!

I had to go to my parents' house in PA to get my photos that predate 2003, which is the year that I had my gastric bypass surgery. I did not keep any photos of my former self in my possession. For a long time they were too hard for me to look at and showed a part of me that I wanted very much to forget. I am able to look at them now, finally, and embrace and love that person who was.

Patients tell me that they cannot even see "me" (who I am now) buried in the woman I once was. Indeed, it was me. Eleven-years later, I've lost 135 pounds and 11 pants sizes thanks to bariatric surgery, plastic surgery, Paleo diet, and exercise.

I encourage you to follow the path before you. It is not an easy journey but it is so very well worth it. I cannot even describe the profound changes to my self and my life.
