October GS Pals?..

I've finally gone through all my clearances and I get my date September 18th. From what they said they expect it to be the week of October 18th. I'm soooooo anxious at this point. I started at 250, and am now 237. Any October buddies out there? :-)

Oct. 7th for me! Now that I have a date I feel like I am rushing to put all my affairs in order. So excited and nervous at the same time!

I'm sooooooo anxious! How long has the process been for you? Does your doctor require a pre diet?

My surgeon placed me with a great Nutritionist, she didn't put me on a diet but more like she helped to add the needed nutrition to my daily meals.

I am scheduled to start the 2 wk. pre-op liquid diet on the 23rd of this month, but that is the only diet required.

October 16th, Dr. Lytle, Atlanta, GA

Started at 228 and gained 12 lbs on the 6 months supervised ... obviously didn't work for me. So ready for this change. First appt in Feb, to be sleeved on Oct 4th.

3 day liquid plus Protein pre-op

October 3rd for me... HOOORAY!!!

October 7. Anxious, excited, scared, happy.

I had my consultation on July 5th. After what felt like 100 specialist visits and tests, including nutritionist and personal trainer I have oct date. So my entire process was 3 months.

Just got my date today for October 30! I already had my Halloween weekend planned out, but this will end up being way better!
