Planning meals with MFP

Planning meals with "My Fitness Pal" is like working a puzzle everyday. Trying to fit all my meals and snacks into the day and staying within my nutritional goals of 600 calories, 70 grams of protein, <40 grams of carbohydrates, and < 30 grams of fat is a daily challenge. I plan my day in the morning, enter it all and then I know exactly what I'm going to eat for the rest of the day. No more decisions to make... just follow the plan. It takes a little effort, but it's so worth it, knowing I'm doing my job and then letting my sleeve do the rest. I also use "MFP" to track my exercise. Using the tools assures me I'll get the results I want.
