Lost 59 since surgery.

It's almost time for my holiday party at work and for the last 8 years I have dreaded finding a dress and feeling like the fattest person there (I work in fashion so everyone is TINY). I found some pics from my HW SW and now in my holiday party dresses. I'm thrilled now and can't wait for this party!

NSVs:

- I'm [FINALLY] buying clothes in "normal" sizes!

- I have collar bones!

- I decided to get a shorter hair cut since I'm losing my extra chins!

- I didn't worry about collapsing the table when I got a facial today!

- I walked through a restaurant last night without knocking purses off of chairs and bumping into tables!

Yes, I'm still obese. And yes, I still have a long way to go. But by golly...I've come a long way as well!

Hello,

I had my surgery July 30, 2013.

SW 232 lbs

CW 166 lbs

Total lost 66 lbs

I am very happy. I had this lil black dress that I bought years ago still with the tag. I decided to try it on and YES!!! it FIT!!! Yay!! I'm so happy that I can't believe it. I hope everyone is doing well on their weight loss. Take care.

HW:288 SW:277 CW:221 GW:130

Down 67 pounds. Almost halfway to my goal weight. I am facing my food demons now, psychologically, and am glad I laid a strong foundation for the battle. Yoga every day. Some hair loss. Water is still an issue but Protein is much easier. Averaging 900 calories and 40 carbs daily. So glad I did this. Shovelling snow was easy and my social anxieties are fading.

I am also facing a psychological battle. For whatever reason I have spent the last couple of weeks sabotaging myself. Otherwise feeling great and down 72lbs (Surgery date: 1 July). I can also eat virtually anything I like now which is a mixed blessing.

Hw-223. Current 158. Lost- 65. Very happy!!!!
