Sleeved 7/22 - down 40 lbs as of today

If you are following your eating plan' date=' then a few things could account for the gain - fluid retention; muscle gain if exercising; and/or PMS/hormones. Have you measured?? I had a frustrating "gain" week; not sure of reason; but I measured & was down a number of inches. Don't be discouraged, just keep doing what you are supposed to do. The scale will move. Thank you !!

Sleeved on July 25, down 34 lbs on Oct 1. Had a big stall at week 6. Down 124 lbs since March 1(preop).

Sleeved July 25. Down 50 lbs. Size 12 skinny jeans are loose and I just bought two new winter coats, one a medium one a size 8.

Happy!

Sleeved on July 23rd and now Down 47 pounds since the surgery date. Actually getting some smaller clothes by necessity! Woohoo... But plenty more to go!

Ha! Just put my glasses on and saw that one of the coats is a size 6. Talk about size inflation! ;)

No not really I've been constipated.

Try Milk of Magnesium, works wonders for me about once a week. No stimulants to mess with your stomach! Also stool softeners help. Also drink your water! We don't get enough Fiber early on so most of us seem to need help "going". Hope this helps tip the scale and get it moving for you! Good luck!

  • 2 weeks later...

I am officially down 60 lbs as of today. I am a new women who looks forward to excercise now for me and to relieve stress.

I am down 50lbs as of yesterday. I don't excersize like I should. I know that I need to I just can't fins my motivation.. But I will get there..

Highest weight ever 322

Pre op weight 307

Surgery day 297

Current 257

Can't wait for the next 50 to come off. But I don't see much of a change :( I am down 3 pant sizes but I don't see it much in the mirror.. My mind has got to catch up eventually...
