  1. It will get better daily. Try sugar free Popsicles to keep hydrated. They work wonders.
  2. Don't beat your self up over a simple mistake. Correct the problem, you've come to far at this point. I've eating a few suckers, it not the end of the world. Go back and read over the food items to avoid your foot dine now. If you must trash those snickers. Tell your kids the ants got into them. Lol!
  3. I'm three months post op and have not used anything. My scars are fading, but not completely. What's the name oil? I had my 3 month check up today down 33 lbs. had labs done waiting on results, still struggling with 70-80 grams of protein and 64 ozs. Water. I've finally learned to drink plain water without any crystal light. Sent from my iPad using VST

  5. Sip sips and sip try sugar free Popsicles fur fluid intake. Right now your biggest battle will be fighting against becoming dehydrated. Oh! Welcome to the other side of sleeve life. I'm 2 1/2 months and have not had any major complications. It amazing. It does require tremendous discipline I kid you not. It a tool that you have to learn to work to your advantage for a successful weight loss journey. Keep me posted.
  6. I've developed a taste for boiled eggs! Strange never ate them until Easter lol! I tried to eat a bag of Lays Plain Chips, thought I would die after a few. Never, again for me.
  7. I've tried decaf and still can't drink more than 3 sips. Don't know what I'm going to do this Winter!
  8. I've hit a stall. Lost 3lbs last week the scales gave stopped moving. At least there're not going up. Lol
  9. My stomach growls when it empty. Yesterday was the first day without a protein supplement. I was exhausted. Finally, around 4 am I couldn't sleep because of the stomach sounds. I only have had one headache post-op.
  10. Sleeved July29th SW 198 CW 167 Lost inches beyond my expectation! I realized now how important vitamins and protein, water intake are. When I don't get the above I don't loss.

  12. I glad to know that because I'm a slow looser I hopefully won't have to deal with much loss skin. The scales are moving again for me. Lost 3.5lbs last week.

  16. NMJG I thought something was wrong with me. I drank coffee religiously before being sleeved. Now I can stand the taste of it. I've also lost the taste for chicken. I'm in bigger trouble because we eat chicken 2-3 times per week.
  17. Patva It great hearing from you. What are you doing different to break our stall? I reviewed my intake log a realized I wasn't getting enough Protein daily. It took me two weeks to reach my conclusion. I started back loosing again. I've lost a total of 30 ibs to far. I also stopped weight every day only once a week.

  19. Did you say that your exercising? I haven't started exercising, only walking every other day 1 1/2 mile. I was waiting on everything to heal. I guess it's time to hit the gym!
  20. Living Lean 13 I'm in that same boat! The scales have not moved in two weeks. I've been following the guidelines from the nut. Well, I may have missed the Water a few days and maybe 70 grams of Protein. I've tried eating puree chicken, can't stand the texture. I've decided to up my protein to 75 each day. The only neat I've been able to digest has been baked fish.
  21. I also experience the same discomfort. If I eat it drink to fast it happens. It feels like a ton of brick on my chest and throat.
