Today started fine but is not going good. I was at work and my urine was orange! Drank a lot of Water and the urine got better. But what has me worried now is since I got home from work I constantly feel hard pressure on my bladder like I have to urinate but cannot. It is very uncomfortable. Any reason for this ? Any helps?

You didn't say , but have you had surgery and if so, when?

All things considered though, the discomfort sounds like a bladder infection, which won't get better on its own. Should probably see your doctor.

Surgery was on 6/19. Haven't had any problems until today. Should I go to the er?

Sounds like a good idea to me. If you are in pain and can't wait to see doctor in the morning, I say go.

Orange urine could be just concentrated if you are dehydrated. It could also be a urinary tract infection. Since that will not go away on its own you probably should go see a doc and get checked out.

It sounds like a urinary tract infection. The emergency room probably isn't necessary but it may not hurt to go to go to an urgent care type clinic. This probably isn't a complication from surgery but the previous poster is right, it won't go away on it's own if thats what this is it will only get worse.

Had one myself about 3 weeks out. Was drinking ok but still got it. Hang in there and I hope the antibiotics work. If it doesn't seem to work after 2days call back the doctor and get another kind. Not all UTI can be treated with just a basic med like amoxicillin. Bacterium and any sulfa based med is best. Or cipro.

I also had one about a month ago. I think a combo of the catheter and being dehydrated and my drinking enough Water to flush things out. A course of cipro and everythings fine!

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
