Sno-cone

Recommended Posts

I was sleeved on 7/31. I have an 8 year old son who is staying home with me while I am on vacation. He wants me to take him to get a sno-cone but wants me to have one... What do you think? Is sno-cone okay to have? I know it's strange question but just wanted to ask.

Have a sugar free one... your tummy might not like all that sugar

How do you do with cold at this point? Maybe get 2 spoons and just taste his and see how it goes. If you explain why he will be glad to share. Have fun.

I agree with the above poster - get a sugar free cone and you'll be fine. Calorie count won't be too high, and it's comparable to ice!

Just go slow :)

Cold doesn't seem to bother me. I drink ice cold Water all day long! :)

Thanks

I get a sugar free sno-ball often after my evening work outs as a treat! Yummy & hydrating without the sugar / dumping scare

Thanks everyone I got a sugar free had to small bites and that was enough. Since surgery I find sugar free items to still be to sweet. However I would live a pickle-sicle right now!!! I have never been a big sweet eater.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
