Eh, that's not a deal breaker for me if I'm looking for occasional convenience.

Has anyone tried this one?

I haven't found that one yet. Where did you buy it?

Here's where we all show our differences. I think Atkins meals r icky. Haven't had the Pasta one, but the chicken Alfredo was really dry, the Beef Merlot was salty, and the Sausage and Peppers was really tough meat. And they're pricey. At our Walmart (Southern OR) they're close to $5.

My husband who's a low carber can eat 3 of them at once (he's definitely a volume eater). He'd much rather grill a chicken boob or a pork chop. He's not a fan of frozen meals period. Im all for convemience, but I just don't like em.

pre op I tried the Breakfast bowls and I really liked them. I haven't bought them yet post op because I knew I wouldn't be able to eat a whole one, but I like the idea of splitting them for 2 meals. I need to get some. Sometimes I just don't want to cook - especially for just me (kind of a waste of time). These would come in handy then.

That's really not bad especially if you are only eating 1/2 at a time - that's 380 per serving

My Walmart grocery store. I don't eat them often but this looked good and convenient. We'll see how it tastes.

Yeah thats what I thought :-) the other meals sound good too but the sodium varies from 760-1100 but again its not bad if we split in 2

I will definitely try the chili it sounds good

I have tried almost all of the pre and post op and they are delish! The chili is awesome per my husband. I bought two and he ate both for lunch two days in a row so I'm taking his word for it. Beef merlot is may favorite, then sesame chicken stir fry, chicken Alfredo, and crustless chicken pot pie. I haven't had the chicken Marsala, turkey breast or meatloaf yet but they are in my freezer. These are great for convenience and like others have said I can only eat half at time so the sodium doesn't bother me at all.

Does the net carb thing still apply to sleevers? Carbs minus fiber.

I asked my dr that and he said yes. The contradiction comes in on sweet things. Atkins markets those with net carbs as well but they count sugar alcohols or something similar. Those don't count. It's always carbs minus fiber.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
