Greetings, everyone! Well, after a great December, my January was far from stellar (probably because I didn't participate in January's challenge due to our move, etc). However, I'm back and excited to put up good numbers in February :-)

My Numbers:
My surgery was on July 15, and my starting weight was 379 (370 the day of surgery after 2 weeks liquid diet).

I've lost 76 lbs. total, which I guess qualifies me as a slow loser, but hey, I'll take it! :-) Still have a long way to reach my goal of 160, but I'm sure I'll get there if I don't give up :)

I was sleeved on 7.29.13. HW 288; SW 277 CW 210. Stoked.

July 15th 2014 ,surgery date weight: 208 current weight 135 :) here are some pictures I took on Valentine's day. Im so excited about my new body and all the cute cloth I can wear now!

One thing that I must admit, you get used to eating cold food. Lol!

I was sleeved 7-22-13

I've been in a complete stall for 5 weeks the exact same weight ?! Help .. What can I do ??

Hi! First off, congrats for all you have accomplished to date! That's a great amount of weight you have lost! Are you doing anything different? Do you track your food? Are you exercising? Drinking at least 8 cups of Water? I use my fitness pal to track all of these things and it really helps me to stay honest with myself on how I'm doing.       Hey ya'll. SO. I got down to 199 for the weigh in but gained it all back right after. I have to do another month of weight management. They switched out the nutritionists at the last second and she said she doesn't pass anyone unless they have 5 veggies a week. I'm starting metformin and Farxiga today. Doc found a little bit of blood in my urine but wasn't too concerned. I'm trying not to freak myself out either. Depression is a little more intense than usual. I'm all over the damn place.

      3/19 - It wasn't a bad day I stayed up quite a bit much of the day. Have to focus on walking more before it gets too hot to walk outside at all.   Pain was less, but insomnia has kicked in the last two nights
