Thanks so much! I do feel great! Ten years younger at least. I'm not at goal yet, 15lbs to go. I'm coming up on one year and I'm working hard to get to goal. I started at 251 now at 165. I have went from a 42DD bra size to a 36C and I love it. It's great to be able to buy a pretty bra! It his I'd the best thing I've ever done! I'm happy if I don't loose another lb!

So inspiring! I am a 44 DDD and can't wait to buy a bra from a regular store. My starting weight is 230 and I'm hoping to be sleeved first week in August. Insurance already approved just waiting to set a date. I hope my story has a happy ending like yours. How are girls holding up? I'm worried about excess sagging after surgery since I'm so large Pre- op

Ive seen so many bf/aftr pics and ever1 looks awesome but there have been only 3, now 4 since adding u, that I save their pic in my phone so that I can look at them to encourage me when I'm sleeved. My girls! Lol don't look to bad. Nothing is where it was five years ago! I do arm weights during commercials when watching TV. I try to stay high Protein. 70 grams of protein less then 35 grams of carbs and around 900 cal. Some days I go over. If I have a bad few days, ill go back on the Protein Shake and drink only that for a few days to get the weight coming off again. It is getting harder to loose now. The only thing I have given up entirely is carbonated drinks. No bubbles for this girl! I also have great support from my husband and daughter. I truly believe this is the secret to success! Good luck to everyone and thanks for the compliments! I feel great!!!!

I had surgery on September 27th and I am one of the very blessed ones that have had no pain to speak of besides a couple days of gas pain. I have lost 9 lb since surgery, and I am feeling a little like I should have lost more by now. Is that realistic? Or am I being too fussy?

Hello everyone.. I had my surgery on Sept 30th 2021.. and it has been an horrible experience to me. I can't hold down fluids or soft food. so much mucus is coming up!! and I'm spitting all day. I'm so sad over this journey. is anyone having this same issue? if so, what are you doing about it.

Are you on meds for reflux? If not you should be at this point. If you are already on reflux meds get in touch with your surgeon asap as this is not normal. If fact i would be getting in touch with the surgeon either way. I hope your issue is resolved and you feel better soon

Tomorrow is the big day! Getting sleeved in the morning and possibly spending a dark and stormy night in the hospital after. I'm actually excited about that because rain on wedding days and birthdays is considered a sign of good luck- so wouldn't a commitment of re-birth qualify as well?
Can't wait to see y'all on the other side!
