Is there any one out in Labband doing any thing?

( Here is mine ) Walking into this new years @ 219 pounds. The last three months gained over 20 pounds because of Back pain lazyness Anty Depressents & Pain killers. Lots of candy and liquids calories (SUCH AS Cappuccino, S)

I,HAVE QUIT THE DEPRESSENTS ALREADY! Im going to talk with a counselor , to talk about my feeling rather then trying to swallow them.

As for the pain killers Im going to cut back right away. Try to start walking more and some kind of Core exercise after I see my Doctor to help streghen my back. Instead of a crutch to mask the pain and hopefully learn to deal with it. Like a Chronic pain management rehabilitation program.

The candy I can give or take, but the CAPPUCCINO I feel like that one is going to be tuff I hooked like a smoker to that nasty liquid empty Suger!

well that is my plan also to drop back to 190 in 3 months and maintain my weight there for the rest or the year.

WHAT IS YOURS? and I will take any Challenges or be a coach if needed!JOHN:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Hi guys, happy New Year to the both of you. One of my resolutions is to exercise at least 3 day's a week, I start out so good then I falter. I don't understand because I really do feel better when I exercise, it makes no sense to me, I guess it's just being lazy. I want to continue losing the weight and learn to live life alittle.

Well, I have decided with the help of a new prescription, to quit smoking. I absolutely hate everything about it. The smell, the taste, nasty ashtrays and the worst thing, my son sees and smells it. I offically started my meds yesterday and by day 8, I am supposed to completely put them down. I am way excited but know I face an uphill battle! Wish me luck!

Happy New Year's to you, JQ!

My resolution is to add some activity to my day. I know I am more active in general due to my weight loss, but I want to do more planned physical activity. I have freeweights, I have more time, so now it's just doing it!

I have two New Year's resolutions which is breaking the resolution I made many years ago not to have New Year's resolutions. However, I intend:

1. To walk at least 15 minutes at least 3 days a week. I hate exercise, but will grimly try this because I haven't lost a pound in 4 months.

2. Eat more French food. Why are those French people so thin? Because their food is so satisfying that you don't have eat much of it. Of course, when I made that delicious French pork tenderloin in orange and sherry sauce, I threw up 8 times before it got it out of my esophagus. So my resolution also includes eating French food VERY slowly. One thing about it though, it tasted just as good coming up as it did going down. I plan to make French scalloped potatoes a whole lot more. It features a whole lot of garlic. Garlic is good for you, right?

3. I will not make anymore New Year's resolutions.:paranoid

I resolve to be more organised this year. Too much of my life is lived in utter chaos - messy house, cant find anything, running late, chuck stuff out of drawers looking for clean socks, make even more mess kind of chaos. I hate it and I am going to be more on top of keeping the house in order.

I also want to cut down on needless spending, coffees and lunches out, buying things I dont want or need. We are going to extend our house this year and I want to make sure it isnt postponed due to not having saved enough.

I want to run a half marathon late in 2007 - but that's not a resolution, I WANT to do that so I wont need to "stick" to anything I dont want to do, lol.

My resolution is to get myself invited to Bitter's house now that she is cooking French cuisine. That pork dish sounds brilliant and I love scalloped spuds and garlic is good with everything savory.:hungry:

I plan on downsizing in 2007. That is everything - my body, my stuff, my junk ur treasures, etc.

I plan on putting together more jigsaw puzzles. It should help keep me engaged and my hands with something to do.

I reluctantly will take some golf lessons to see if I can enjoy the game my DH wants me to.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
