I'm not single so I can't speak from personal experience but I have 2 single sisters in their 50's and a single father (my mom passed away some time ago) in his 80's and it's the same giddy feeling no matter what age based on my discussions and observations with them. My dad asked a gal out about a month ago and when she said yes, he was so happy, playful and excited the whole day. I think you have tons of fun to look forward to. :-)

It doesn't feel different at all. I found that I had certain non negotiables and it was important to stick w them otherwise I would get burned.

I dated after a 20 yr marriage. At 47, I found very nice men to date on free dating website (POF). I found men much more sincere at this age and wanting to make the next go around in a relationship more meaningful and lasting. Of course there is ones I did not prefer myself, but I am now in a long term engagement and I felt all the wonderful feelings of being in love that I would of had when I was young. It was a lot of fun to date for me. I hope it will be for you.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
