Sorry I don't know where my head is. My appointment is Monday at 1:30. For some reason I kept thinking the 22nd was Tuesday.

Yep, I had just came from my visit with Laurie. Luckily I'm across the street at 645, so you have a weight loss buddy close by. So here is my news from Laurie. My starting bmi was 47.24, pre-op bmi 46.12, current bmi 42.15. I have lost 8.5% of my total body weight. Yay!

I am officially on a general diet and because of my height I have to up my protein to 100-120 gms.

Yaa just had last pre op appointment. Tomorrow I will be calling to schedule my surgery.

I'm mad as hell right now... I could of had my date... UGH !!!

Thanks! Hasn't really hit me yet, probably won't until I get the official surgery date. I'll keep you all posted. Making the call 1st thing n the morning.

Just wanted to post spoke to bcbsil today and they have approved me!!! I now have to wait for UofC to call with a date. Really excited and a little nervous because it is getting close but not giving up!

I'm not from Chicago, but from Illinois. I'll be having my surgery (Sept 12) in Urbana.
