I have the same date! Don't give up...just keep pushing yourself! I'm excited to get this over with and start a new life, with a new way of eating, and a new body. :)

Make sure you drink drink drink. Headaches are a sign of dehydration. Also don't do too much strenuous activity/ exercise. You don't have the calories to allow for it.

Having a ruff time here. I have fibromyalgia so my pain was almost unbearable at times. I am just starting to be able to move around more and its getting easier everuday as it should. I am doing the full liquids at the moment and I dnt know how much I'm suppossed to eat and I can't really tell if I'm full but I feel hungry shortly after so maybe I'm not eating enough. I have been eating 2 oz of creamed Soup. I think I'm scared to get to full and feel horrible or throw it back up. How is your pain and food intake going?

So sorry you're hurting....I just feel really weak and like I've done hundreds of sit ups. Walking has helped a lot. However, today I just haven't felt well. I went from being so constipated and gassy to pooping out everything that goes in. I have taken Gas x and Miralax the last two days so I guess it's doing it's job. I've only had a few ounces of chicken broth and I've managed to get down one Premier Protein shake throughout the day.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
