Hey ladies, I was wondering I'm 3 months out from surgery and loosing my hair like crazy. I'm taking my vitamins as I should be and also biotin which I was told helps with hair and nails. What other vitamins do you guys take to help with the hair loss?? HELP!!

i am 4 1/2 months post op, and have been noticing over the past 2 weeks that i am kind of "shedding" just a little. i take biotin too. One thing i did get that i think is helping is the "Wen" hair care system. its nice and seems to be helping.

I haven't started losing mine yet...but I am taking Biotin, prenatal Vitamins, using Organix Biotin & Collagen shampoo/conditioner from Walmart, and stopped using alot of styling products or tools.
