It's really not that bad. Just make sure you take some shampoo because you WILL need to wash your hair.

I've been experimenting before my surgery on food... For the purée portion- I just took two chicken breast boiled vitamin water added some seasoning, Put it in my ninja and . Then added honey mustard sauce and puréed it some more and it is delicious... I'm sure you can try it with Any seasoning or condiments. Now Hope in a few weeks I can actually stomach it

I had the same issue. Go to your profile page and click on left side of screen where it says ticker and edit it there. Good luck.

Mine is monday too! I'm on an emotional roller-coaster! This is what I've wanted for so long but I'm scared that this will all be for nothing and I will lose a few pounds and gain it all back! I can't help but have the negative thoughts come back and haunt me. I think its normal for us to have fears.
