June surgery dates

Hello all! I've been reading the forum for the past couple of months, thank you all for the great advice and sharing your experiences. It's been very helpful and informative! I met with the surgeon a week ago today, my surgery date is June 26. Anyone else for June?

I am scheduled for June 18th and going through a whole mix of emotions

Anyone have advice on how to get through a pre-surgery diet of 5 meal replacement shakes a day? Can also have sugar free jello, drinks, and Popsicles. Have headaches, stomach cramps, and other side affects. Nurse said this is normal and should be gone in a day or two. How fast can those two days go by??

I just went through all of that. It will go away. Make sure in addition to your shakes you are getting plenty of water. Also use Tylenol to deal with the headaches. The weakness and tiredness you will get over in a few days, just plan to take it easy these first days. Then you will be back to yourself.
