Hello all! I've been reading the forum for the past couple of months, thank you all for the great advice and sharing your experiences. It's been very helpful and informative! I met with the surgeon a week ago today, my surgery date is June 26. Anyone else for June?

Hoping to be approved and sleeved by the last week of June. Final appointment with surgeon is Thursday and then they'll submit to insurance. Hoping for a fast approval so I can get my 2-week pre op diet underway. Best of luck to you!!

June 4th here. Start preop tomorrow. It really just hot me tonight and now I'm in anxiety scared mode. I know this is normal for some people but I don't like it. I'm doing the "what if's". Is anybody else feeling this way?

I'm also scheduled for June 4th.. I was excited at first but the what ifs already started with me too! I know I'm doing the right thing for my health. I keep changing the what ifs from negative to positive ones. Try to stay positive! We will do great! Good luck to you!

Thank you. I'm trying to stay positive. I know it's what's right for me. I've just gotta stay focused and remember how excited I was when I received my surgery date. I can't let the fear get the best of me. Thank you for replying, it's always calming to talk about it. Good luck to you

You can do it ..just put a naked picture up for motivation...that's what I'm gonna do I'm scheduled for June 24th!!!

Another Sleeve Sister!

June 6th for me! I started the process in January. Both excited and nervous! How many of you are having endoscopies? No mention of that to me...

June 10th here. Started process last July with a seminar. August met with Dr. September through March had to do nutrition/exercise classes (insurance required 6 months). Had an IVC filter placed earlier today and begin 2 week liquid liver shrinking diet on 05/27...only protein shakes, low sodium broth, sugar free jello and sugar free popsicles. Who's gonna be grouchy?? -> this guy <-

Omg!! I had one..... Soooooooooooo uncomfortable!!! It only lasted 5 mins.... But geeeesh!
