I have been discouraged thinking that I had not lost much. But feel better after reading other posts.

Trying to figure out exactly what I should be eating now. I currently eat about 1500 calories a day.

Feel like I am often hungry and thought I would have lost more by now.

Maybe my expectations were unrealistic.

I had a hip replacement and have not been exercising.

Starting a Water aerobics class in May. Hoping that makes a difference. Also, going to start journaling my food.

However... the good part is i KNOW I am eating much much healthier and feeling better. So it has to eventually make a difference. So glad I had the surgery!

Honestly, keeping a journal of what I'm eating has made a ton of difference. I'm just 4 weeks post-op so not exercising more than moderate walking and that's not every day.

You're a couple of weeks farther along than I am, but I have realized the more Protein I'm getting the less calories I eat overall. The protein keeps me fuller longer. I am also keeping track of my carbs, as I want to limit them. I rarely get more than 600 calories a day.

I feel skinny and this is just the start! Love my sleeve. So nice not to be obsessed with food!

Whoops I knew I forgot something. Darn it! Surg dat 3/18.

I also won't to share that I had complications (about 4 wks) at the start which I'm sure helped with weight loss. I just started working out at the gym this week.

We are all doing great. Don't get discouraged its just the beginning of our journey. We haven't even gotten out of town yet! Just you wait!

Down 29#'s and downsizing to the clothes I outgrew last summer :) yay!!

I don't know what's going on with my body...still at a stall of over 3 weeks!!! Went back to shakes and 2 bars/day to mix things up, but keep losing and gaining the same lb over and over!! Had tried upping my calories, but that didn't work for me, plus it didn't make me feel good about myself. I am losing inches tho..any advice is greatly appreciated! Being out 7 weeks, it seems like I would be the veteran giving out advice ..***sigh***

I think so too! It really helps me to be with fellow March sleevers...I've had a rough time losing, but I have no regrets :)

About 38 lbs gone in 7.5 weeks!

Sent from my iPhone using VST

Does everyone stick strictly with the no water before and after eating for 30 min. Rule?? Do u know anything about "slurry"?? That may be the reason for my stall?? Drinking too soon after eating....btw, thanks for the support :)
