  1. March sleeves, what does a day of eating look like for you? I have a Protein bar for Breakfast. Fat free hot dog w no bun and low fat cheese stick for lunch. But I am hungry by 2 pm. I snack on cherub tomatoes and yogurt dip. dinner varies greatly. Sometimes i eat a single cheese enchilada. Or a grilled chicken breast. But have only lost forty pounds. Compared to y'all, I am way behind. Do u know how many grams of protein u get each day? Do u track calories at all? I'm feeling discouraged. 40 pounds down is ok in 5 months. But, nothing huge. You guys are doing great! Congrats!
  2. 3/12/13 date of surgery 5 feet 7 inches SW- 262 CW- 241 Goal W- 150 I have been discouraged thinking that I had not lost much. But feel better after reading other posts. Trying to figure out exactly what I should be eating now. I currently eat about 1500 calories a day. Feel like I am often hungry and thought I would have lost more by now. Maybe my expectations were unrealistic. I had a hip replacement and have not been exercising. Starting a Water aerobics class in May. Hoping that makes a difference. Also, going to start journaling my food. However... the good part is i KNOW I am eating much much healthier and feeling better. So it has to eventually make a difference. So glad I had the surgery!
