Syntrax Nectar Caribbean Cooler

Most of the Syntrax are fabulous. I have been living on them since surgery. The Fuzzy Navel is also awesome! I highly recommend them to folks who are tired of the chocolate/vanilla scene.

I recommend getting your sample pack direct from si03 (the manufacturer of syntrax). They offer a one time sample pack for 13 including shipping. 866-333-7403

After that I buy mine on Amazon.< /p>

I blindly bought the nectar natural orange. It tastes like sunny d type drink. It is not bad at all.

I also just ordered a sample pack...I am interested in how each of you prepare these...I am having my surgery Monday...will be 2 days clear liquid but will be able to have these nectar drinks after that..I am thinking I would mix them in my Ninja blender with Water and ice to make like a slush type drink...thoughts?

One of my favorite ways to use it is to mix it with a sugar free flavored drink. My preferred is

1L bottle spring Water (high PH)

.5-1 scoop nectar fuzzy navel

1 ocean spray on-the-go cran-peach

Plenty of good tasting Protein filled hydration.

These specific Protein get really foamy when blended. So just beware

I make the carribean cooler....I blend half a banana and about 1/4 c fresh or canned pineapple and ice cubes and blend. Then I add that mixture to the Protein and shake in a Blender Bottle. It doesn't get so foamy then. Good luck

I ordered on Sunday night and received my sample pack yesterday. I can't wait to try them all. They were all out of the fuzzy navel but I'm not a huge peach flavor fan anyway.

I use vitacost.com and the Syntrax Nectar is 32.41 and free shipping. It's the best priced website I've found.

Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.
