April Sleevers..... how much have you lost so far?

I am 35 years old and had my sleeve procedure on 04/04/13. I have lost 20lbs in less than two weeks. I am so happy that I chose to have the procedure and look forward to the day that I can start working out.

I too was sleeved 4/22 I have lost 29lbs. Can you tell me what you eat a day. I have 2 Protein shakes a day and in usually do 3oz protein 3 oz of a veggie or 3oz salad I will have 1 snack during the day which usually is fruit. I have not lost anything in 2 weeks and getting depressed. I do have a problem getting all my liquids in. I have to try harder getting the full 64oz of fluids in. Any advice?

Some stalls last a long time but it will kickstart back (at least that's what I've heard). I'd love to hear what people eat. I know that question wasn't for me but I'll share as well:

Breakfast was one scrambled egg (really struggle putting Protein powder in it) with .8 oz reduced fat turkey sausage (kroger brand), and 1 oz unsweetened applesauce. lunch was 2.6 oz light tuna with 1 hardboiled egg, 1 tbsp low fat mayo and some mustard (could only eat half of the portion I made), dinner was 2 oz baked salmon with a little bit of bbq sauce on it (NUT will probably yell at me for the bbq sauce) and a 1 oz side of canned carrots, and my snack was 1wedge of laughing cow light cheese garlic and herb with .5 oz stacys naked pita chips.

I'm not allowed to eat raw fruit or vegetables unless completely cooked/softened and I can't have any ruffage yet.

Thanks for the response. I was told I can only have 1 meal with the 2 Protein shakes. So if I have breakfast then lunch and dinner must be a shake. I can have cooked and raw veggies and salad. I was also told no dairy except for Greek yogurt and cottage cheese ( which I don't like). U should try low sodium soy sauce on the salmon it's yummy.

Sleeved 4/29. As of yesterday down 32 lbs. very happy about that!!! :)

Interesting how every doctor/NUT has different rules. For yogurt I am to have low carb/low sugar which is just about impossible to find. Danon Greek Light and Fit was the closest. I also despise cottage cheese. I wondered if my choice of "cheese" was ok but she seems to think it is. That and hummus is my go-to snack. If I handle 4 oz meals I don't do snack or it's one 2 oz snack. If I'm doing 2 oz meals I try to get the 5 small meals in so that I can take my medicine.

My Dr actually told me to start getting off the protein shakes and to get my protein from food now. I was sleeved 4/24.

Sleeved on 4/24, i'm only down 17 pounds. I'm an extremely slow looser. I was hoping to be down at least 25lbs by now. If it's this slow now then I can't imagine what it's going to be like these next couple of months.

Wow it is amazing how every Dr is diff. They told me i will do the protein shakes until i loose the majority of my weight. Then slowly start to replace with food.
