Hey there im almost at 2 yrs from having my sleeve. I have lost 130 lbs and in the past 2 mos i have put on 8lbs and dont know how. Im so afraid of gaining weight back. I started back on 2 protein shakes again but cant seem to lose. Any ideas how to jumpstart again?

Surgery April 22 Starting weight 291 Today I'm at 209 82lbs gone. Feeling great. Best decision I made was to have this surgery. Great Job everyone.

I was sleeved Apr 22 and have lost 57lbs so far. I was weighing myself daily and sometimes twice a day morning and night. Speaking with my dr yesterday she suggested once a week in the am with no clothes on. She said daily or more than once a day is not an accurate reading the body fluctuates water retention throughout the day. For accurate reading once a week. So I am trying not to look at the scale. Great progress everyone. Lets all keep up the great weight loss.

I never heard of Dr Judd. TrinState Bariatrics is pretty big. They also have an office in rockland county

Yes I did pre-op. but unfortunately I had multiple ankle surgeries and didn't lose any do to the fact I was bed written for months due to the ankle surgeries.
