Looking for a good meal planning site

I am looking for something that maybe allows me to track protein content and allows me to fill in my own or pick from recipes.

Have you tried myfitnesspal? I love it it is my favorite, and it has advanced features that let you figure out all the nutritional infomation is your own dishes. mfp also has a phone app that lets you scan the bar code on any food and then adds it and all it nutritional info right into your phone. It is way cool. Friend me there--kimberly2222.

I've got mfp but I am looking for something that will allow me to make a weekly/monthly meal plan with recipes and allow me to input my own. I do plan to use mfp to track calories and protein though.
