I love everything. I really like the new J. Timberlake. I have almost recently gotten Beyonce, Fergie, Chris Daughtry, Michael Buble, Jay Z, Cherish, and I think that's about it.

I buy way too much music or I hit up Ebay.

My 2 favorite artists are Jay-Z and Bjork. If they made a song together I would blast into the sky. Between those two are Michael Buble, Sarah Mclaughlin, Beyonce, Postal Service, Jagged Edge, Lil Wayne and lots of Trance (BT, Motorcycle, Digweed, etc) and Trip-Hop (Portishead, Tricky, etc). Plus I LOVE ALL 90's rock like Nirvana, Alice in Chains, NIN, Bush, Orgy, The Foo Fighters, The Gin Blossoms, Weezer...OMG the list is ENDLESS! Im a child of the 90's for sure. So that means Disney movie tunes too, yes I have Mulan songs on my MP3 player!

My MP3 player is a manic mixture of the damnedest tunes. It is CRAZY!

I generally prefer classic rock. Although, some good country isn't out of the question, just not the new stuff. Classic Alabama, Statler Brothers, Garth Brooks, that kind of stuff. Most of the newer country is too whiny for me. I also like some newer music, like Justin Timberlake. I will stab my eardrums out before I listen to Britney Spears willingly, though.

I'm liking the new mix of country and rap - they're calling it "crap".

Sorry couldn't help it. :)

I like alternative from back when it will still an alternative to something. Early Pixies, early NIN, Violent Femmes, Smashing Pumpkins, Primus. Even relatively newer bands like 311 (I don't mean the 311 that the tweens are hearing on the radio, I mean classic 311, even before grassroots). I love me a good 80s sond - Tears for Fears, Joy Division. Some industrial. Some ambient. Some orchestral.

I do like songs that blend styles, like just about anything from Adiemus (blend of classical orchestra and international native styles). I love a Swedish Band called Hoven Droven, that performs classical folk tunes with a funk rock slant.

My mp3 currently has the Last of the Mohicans soundtrack, Donnie Darko soundtrack, Harry Connick Jr - We are in Love, and an ecclectic mix of random songs from bands like Velvet Underground, Orgy, Evanescence, Staind, Front 242, Utah Saints, etc.

I'm all over the place.

Minus country and rap.

DH & I love Rammstein, we saw them live - in Germany - and were hooked. DH in particular loves me trying to sing along (since I don't know a lick of German).

Mostly what I listen to is techno/dance stuff. Currently in my playlist is also the Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack, and I also listen to J-pop and J-rock (anime soundtracks) in phases (ie, right now I'm listening to an 'anime radio' online).

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
