1 week Post Op!

I am a week post op today....... Yay!!! I was 250 when I started my 2 week liquid pre op diet and am 223 today!!!! Yay!!!! So excited!!!

I am one week out.. Just started purree food!! So weird and scary all at the same time. Today i drank my Protein Shake in am and broclii Soup cor lunches... Went for a mile walk this morning.... I am down 20lbs!!!!

Congrats to you both!!!!you gals are doing amazing. I'm officially 1 week post op too but haven't weighed myself since surgery day. I chicken out everytime!!! I'm going to the doc tomorrow so I will def be weighed.

I weighed this.morning could not help it. I am not gonna make it a habit to weight Alot. Follow tommorow to.see doc.. On to a life style change

Yes I'm still on clear liquids..Ymmv, I wonder if the doc will bump me up to full liquids or purees? Let's see what the doc says tomorrow.

I know right!! I look forward to going tomorrow but I bet mine only bumps me up to full liquids!

My doc is strict, goes by the books to the T! So more than likely full liquids for me too. Keep u gals posted n keep me posted please :-) take care.
