March 31, 201313 yr And it went down so well! Ham 3oz, 3 green beans and about 1tsp of mashed potatoes. Strange how I'm satisfied with that small amount. First "real meal" I've had since surgery. Sleeved 2/27.

Kind of a lot of food (surprised myself), but it will get burned during run tomorrow. Enjoy Easter and everything that comes along with it!

April 1, 201313 yr I wished I did as well as all of you. I'm almost 6 months out and I ate Placzek(polish sweet bread )with rasins and coffee cake. Not good did better this evening with shrimp and laughing cow cheese and celery along with a virgin bloody mary. Swimming in the am. And dancing to a polish band at a Dyngus Day partying the evening!
April 1, 201313 yr I had some prime rib, green beans, broccoli, sweet potatoes and mashed. Maybe a spoonful of each. No dessert. At all. I am proud of myself! I'm only 2.5 weeks out and have been having major cravings! So I thought I did pretty well! Had like a bite of turkey as well. Forgot that. LoL but I was full and stopped and was good for the night!

April 1, 201313 yr All of you are very new to the surgery. Some of which I am surprised that you are actually eating food at this stage. Enjoy it while it last. The further out you get the harder it is to not eat "a lot" of food and make the right choices.

April 1, 201313 yr Easter at the in-laws who own a butcher shop. Hence, lots of protein options!! I had maybe 2oz of smoked prork ribs, 4 deviled egg halves (two at dinner and 2 about 2 hours later) about a teaspoon of baked beans and a teaspoon of mac & cheese. I weakened at the Easter egg hunt. I had about 5 pieces of chocolate. I've never lost my sweet tooth as many posters have said. I sure wish I had. That's probably why I have been in a stall. Too much junk!!! As I said on another thread, I am vowing to no sugar or anything white at least for the rest of the week.
