Chris, how far post op are you?

Breakfast: protien shake

snack 1/2 cup or 2.5 oz of chili or cottage cheese with banana

Lunch; another protien shake

Snack: another 1/2 cup of something

Before bed another protien shake or protien shot. I don't really get hungry at night so I don't eat if I don't have to but make sure I get my protien.

I'm almost 3 weeks out and I am still figuring it out. I can cook but I am a bit lost.

I'm also a chicken so I keep it simple.

Today I ate:

Breakfast: Greek yogurt (smooth kind, vanilla) 6 oz

Lunch: Greek yogurt, 6 oz

Dinner: My first time, I got the TB pintos and cheese. I ate it all. I have not been to TB in years and I do not like FF. I blame you people :P No really, it was really smooth and decent, so I thank you all for that lovely idea. 9g of Protein too.

I will try to get in at least one muscle milk and maybe another yogurt or glass of milk to round out my Protein for the day.

I have been eating a lot of cottage cheese but for some reason I end up stopping a little over a 1/4 cup. Last night I was able to do 1/2 cup over a longer period.

I've tried hummus on my cottage cheese but it gives me heartburn right now.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
