I'm 10 days out. I'm having trouble getting the liquids and Proteins in. I normally drink a shake mixed in the blender with a banana, try to eat some Soup or cream of wheat, and despise Water. I think you are doing great. I'm going to keep plugging away and hopefully work my way up to the Protein and liquid requirements.

Sleeved on the 6th.

My day usually consists of cup of Decaf. Take half of that and stick it in the freezer. About half hour after that, I take the decaf, 1/2 cup of skim milk and scoop of unjury chocolate shake and have a "Mocha". 24 grams of protien.

lunch is 1/3 cup of Tomato Soup make with skim milk. Probably a few grams of Protein but some much needed carbs.

most all afternoon is Isopure. Try to get about a bottle a day but alway at leat 12 oz. 40 grams of Protein.< /p>

dinner is another 1/3 cup of Soup.< /p>

Evening Premire Protein Shake. 30 grams.

I am getting at least 60 oz of Water alone. I start the minute I wake up. Thank goodness I have always been a huge Water drinker so that has come in handy. :) not to mention the isopure and usually a cup of herbal tea before bed.

Approx. 70-90 grams of protein per day and got the water thing down. Also waking about 3 miles a day, split in 2 walks.

15 since surgery. Not the fastest loser but steady so far. Sometimes a pound, sometimes .2 but it all adds up and it will come off!

Hope the same for you! :)

I had my sleeve on march 11th. Since whole process started I have lost 20 lbs. but I know I'm not getting enough Protein. I was researching today and found Isopure. Is this a good source of protein (low carb).

I was sleeved on the 12th. I am down 14 pounds. I was on 7 days of Clear Liquids. On Tuesday was allowed yo start pureed. Didn't go so well. But on Wednesday, instead eating the greek yogurt, I blended it with 1 cup of skim milk, 2 tbs of PB2, 2tsps of Fiber powder, 1 scoop of chocolate Protein pwder and about 6 ice cubes. It is 51 grams of protein. Takes me a while to drink. I por a small glass and put the rest in the fridge till I need a refill. I had pureed canned chicked but hard to eat straight up. So I mix an 1/8 cup of the chicken with a quarter cup of reduced fat cream of chicken Soup. I have also been having 1/4 cup of low fat ricotta, a little parmesan cheese and make it very liquidy with Tomato sauce. Stick it in the microwave for about 1 minute. I have been having between 60-70 grams of protein/day. So thrilled to be off the clear liquid Protein Drinks. I hated them! I went to a party tonight. Had two bottles of Water and a little scoop of mashed potatoes. Literally the only thing at the party to eat. Although there were deviled eggs I was affraid to try an egg in public. Just in case. I read they are hard to handle in the begining. I also like plain water but have been enjoying an assortment of herbal and green teas. I am trying a celestial laxative herbal tea right now. Hope it gets things moving. That is the reason I added the fiber powder too. Oh and today I added about 5 oz of low sodium hot and spicy V-8 juice.< /p>

I also have a hard time getting my Protein, so i bought Unjury tasteless protein. Ill add 1/2 scoop (10g gm of protein) to my greek yogurt, and add another half scoop to each bottle of crystal light...dont get me wrong, the smell is is awful, but once you mix it, its fine and tasteless...i find it to be a must have!!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
