Doreen, you look great! You really can tell a difference. I agree, it is hard to see in the mirror, and even though you know the numbers on the scale, it is so hard to see! And I'm with you about that scale! I am on it daily, and it's what gets me out of bed, lol. I probably take it a little too far...I graph it in excel, lol. But since I can't see it on myself, pics and graphs help me through the stalls.
