Nearly 3 months

And I finally see the difference. I can't see the loss in the mirror. For me it's pictures.

      Doreen, you look great! You really can tell a difference. I agree, it is hard to see in the mirror, and even though you know the numbers on the scale, it is so hard to see! And I'm with you about that

    Doreen, you look great! You really can tell a difference. I agree, it is hard to see in the mirror, and even though you know the numbers on the scale, it is so hard to see! And I'm with you about that scale! I am on it daily, and it's what gets me out of bed, lol. I probably take it a little too far...I graph it in excel, lol. But since I can't see it on myself, pics and graphs help me through the stalls.
