  1. I'm 4mo post-op & just started having this pain whenever I eat as it goes down starting from my chest right until it hits the bottom. Its strange because I've never felt this before and I know it's not heartburn. Just wondering if this is normal? Everything else seems ok. I'm going to see my Dr. next week. Just wondering if anyone else has had this prob??
  2. So I'm 2months post op and have lost 55lbs so far. I workout 5 days a week cardio & weights. I feel very good but I've noticed my skin for ex my arms is a lot looser (soft) & SUUUPER jiggly!! It wasn't like that before! Everything else seems to be shrinking just fine. My arms have always been big but they NEVER jiggled like they do now! I have been working out for almost 2 years and before my surgery they were somewhat toned. Is anyone else having this problem?? Do you guys have any suggestions?? Please HELP!!

Hi Everyone! My surgery date 3/25 or maybe 3/26 it was very late night.. Anyway SW: 285 CW: 250 Goal: 145 Feeling VERY GOOD!! & Excited to lose the rest. =)
  4. It's been a month I feel great! I'm down 35lbs. I returned to work 2 weeks ago. I've been working out (not to hard) since I was 2 weeks post op. Now i'm working out REALLY hard! I have absolutely no regrets. The 1st week was a bit difficult I wanted 2 eat everything in sight because I new I couldn't have it, but I got over it quick. Good Luck to you who are waiting or have already went through it. =)
  5. Just a quick question. Does anyone get nausea after drinking water? I'm thirsty & have ALWAYS liked to drink water but now whenever I drink it it's like when I use to drink water first thing in the am on an empty stomach for me it was never a good feeling.
  6. Really?? Wow! I told my Dr. I was going to crush them & take them that way he didn't anything about it. I only did it a few times but I will def. bring that up @ my nxt appt.
  7. Hi, I'm 6 days post-op. I agree with you that stuff is soooo disgusting. They gave it to me in the hospital after they took me off the morphine and I did the same thing! I called my Dr. The next day & asked to prescribe me in pill form I crushed them and took it that way. It was still gross but better than the liquid. I also did crushed tylenol until they sent my Rx. Hopefully you'll feel better by the 4th day. I did. By the 5th I was up cleaning sweeping, & mopping i surprised myself! Well hope you feel better soon! =)

  11. Ok so everything just became real for me 2 days ago. I started to have second thoughts then got over it.. I don't have any major health problems but I'm afraid of developing them so this is the reason why I chose to have this surgery. Now I started thinking about the losing part which believe me I'm SOOOOO excited about, but at the same time scared. I've never EVER been thin in my entire life so I have absolutely no idea of what that is like. I know to some I might sound dumb but is anyone having the same feelings??
  12. Good Luck tomorrow & please keep us posted. =)

  18. Hello everyone, I'm sitting here thinking about how excited I was to be doing this at first I coukdn't wait! i wanted it it to be sooner. I actually finished everything within a month. My husband is behind me 100% & I'm very grateful for that. But now I'm starting to have second thoughts. I'm thinking about the loose skin.. Will my marriage last? Will my husband still be attracted to me if I have the loose skin?.. Will I EVER be happy with myself? I told my husband I'm not doing this for anyone, I'm doing this for myself.. But again will I B happy with my decision???
