Every time i stand, sneeze, strech i feel as if internal tissue was riping inside of me...is this normal?

I would check with your doctor just to be sure. I felt pain on the lower right incision where I see a bruise. I'm guessing that's where they pulled the extra stomach out. Try holding a pillow firmly against your body before sneezing or coughing. If it's just muscle soreness, it definitely gets better each day. I am one week post op now and can still feel it a bit.
