@@livvsmum Can you repost your before and afters though? I didnt see them at a glance. Or do u know what page they r on? Lol

I can post my most recent before/after, which was taken at 1 year post op. Right now I'm 22 months post op, another 20 pounds lighter and 22 inches thinner. I guess I should take a new one. :-) There's lots more in my profile and on my blog too.

I've done my before and after sleeve surgery pics before in this thread. Here are my before and after abdominoplasty and panni pics. Don't worry the scar is covered with scar sheets, so it's safe for the weak of stomach. 155 pounds gone for good and 26 inches off my stomach gone for good from pre-op sleeve (9/12/13) to 1 month post op Tummy Tuck (6/12/15).

PS. don't mind the stretch marks. I wear them proudly as a momma of 4 amazing kiddos.

Bravo! Gorgeous!!!!

did you swell at first, so that it appeared you had not lost anything? Just had mine done 3 days ago, scale hasn't moved yet :-(

It's common during the first few days not to see any scale movement. You've just had major surgery. Concentrate on healing and following the plan your Dr. gave you and don't worry about the scale for a while! There is definitely swelling from the procedure.

You look fantastic! I'm shocked that so much came off so quickly for you! I started at 250 and am 5'7. Did you lose a lot prior to surgery? Have you worked out a lot? What was your keys to success? I'm so inspired by your success!

Hey all! I'm so excited to finally be posting in BEFORE AND AFTER pics!

I was sleeved 1/5/15

July will be my 6 month post op appt.

as of last week I am down 98lbs.

I'm so so close to down 100!

But one day at a time.

First picture was 2 weeks after surgery and right was April 12th.

I was in a wedding this past Friday night. And the one on the right was at the wedding, 2 days ago.

the dress was a size 26 on left and I had ordered a 16 and had to have it taken in. I'm anywhere between a 12/14 now. It's just crazy that if you work your ass off and you will be successful.

Im loving myself more and more everyday!!

Thanks for checkin me out!!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
