I love my Fitbit because you can compete with friends and I'll use my apple watch when it arrives in June.

I love my fitbit, its helps me stay accountable for my exercise. I set goals and look forward to reaching them by the end of the day.

3weeks liquid???? 3weeks puréed???? 3weeks soft foods????

Had surgery January 14, everyday I feel better than the day before. Today I will try to meet my protein goal of 80gr, I sip water all day but it takes a day to drink a 20oz bottle. I have to take Prilosec for 3mo, It really helps with the loud gurgling in my belly????

Surgery was yesterday, the pain from my incision was excruciating, I slept all day. Today I'm feeling better, no gas pains just achy around major incision, waiting to start liquid diet????

Surgery went well, lots of pain first 2 hours-I was pretty doped up so I slept most of the day. Lots of Bp and temp checks so not able to sleep tonight????Overall, I don't remember anything about surgery tomorrow is do upper GI test and can start liquids.

Checked in, labs drawn, waiting to get IV????
