  2. I was too doped up to use any of my gadgets, however, a pillow for the ride home would have been nice-lots of pain????

  7. I love my fitbit, its helps me stay accountable for my exercise. I set goals and look forward to reaching them by the end of the day.

  9. Had surgery January 14, everyday I feel better than the day before. Today I will try to meet my protein goal of 80gr, I sip water all day but it takes a day to drink a 20oz bottle. I have to take Prilosec for 3mo, It really helps with the loud gurgling in my belly????
  10. Surgery was yesterday, the pain from my incision was excruciating, I slept all day. Today I'm feeling better, no gas pains just achy around major incision, waiting to start liquid diet????

  12. Surgery went well, lots of pain first 2 hours-I was pretty doped up so I slept most of the day. Lots of Bp and temp checks so not able to sleep tonight????Overall, I don't remember anything about surgery tomorrow is do upper GI test and can start liquids.
  13. Checked in, labs drawn, waiting to get IV????
  14. The time has finally arrived, surgery is tomorrow. I just finished drinking that dreaded Magnesium Citrate, now I sit and wait for the hours of uncontrollable pooping.
  15. I'm officially on FMLA, I'm getting nervous now.i will spend the weekend cleaning, doing laundry, and grocery shopping-I think I'm having a "nesting" experience ????
  16. Congrats, I just got my pre-admission instructions today???? My surgery is Wednesday, I'm so excited, nervous, anxious, and scared
  17. I really like the Oh Yeah! RTD shakes,the chocolate tastes like chocolate milk & they are thin(thick ones make me gag). the banana creme is good also????
  18. I'm on day 1, so far at work I'm fine, it's when I get home????luckily for dinner I'm allowed lean meats and some veggies????
  19. I'm having surgery January 14, kinda nervous about 2week pre-op diet????
