Premier Protein shake from costco are the best! 160 calories and 30g protein!!!.chocolate is so tasty, vanilla is ok but choc to me is the best...I used it for my 2 week preop liquid diet and still drink atleast 1 shake everyday especially after a workout...If you don't like your current Protein Shake, then you should def look into Premier Protein shake..had to share this, it's my life saver! Lol

Premiers are the best. Don't do powders. I just found the recipes on the Premier site to amp up the shakes. I can't wait to try some of those.

I have tried numerous shakes, powdered and premade. Premier chocolate is the only thing I can tolerate.

I saw that they have strawberry now!! but it cost too much online plus shipping fees...I will stick to Choc unless they bring in strawberry into the store then ill try it

I must be the only person who is not crazy about this brand lol! However its no where near as bad as the others I've tried. so id say it would be my 3rd favorite. So far the only one I can drink and really LOVE is muscle milk.

Is the Muscle Milk you like the powdered kind or the premade? I have tried the powder but did not like it. I have not tried the premade.

Lol yeah in terms of taste muscle milk taste great but my doc doesn't recommend them bc they are too high in calories and too high in carb...premiere is the only drink that taste good to me from what's nutritionally best for us...those other healthy shakes r just horrible! Yuckkkkk lol

Lmao When drinking premier i feel like I'm cheating or something lol kinda like drinkjn chocolate milk...way too good to be true...I use to want to throw up my nasty shakes long ago...I would gag and run away...my mom would have to force me to drink it lmaoo what a chore...that was in 2009 though when I had the lapband

Pre made. I haven't tried the powder. I seem to have no luck with any powder ones.

      Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

      I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
