Go back to tracking evrything that goes into your mouth, food and liquid. I think that once we get a few months out we get a bit complacent -we look better and we fit into clothes we haven't fitted into in years etc and we take our eye of the ball a bit. Keep the Fluid and exercise up and any treats down.

Big congratulations on your weight loss so far -keep looking in that mirror and giving yourself praise.

You're doing great! If you're feeling a little out of control just go back to basics: Protein first, plenty of Water, no eating while drinking and track everything! If you're not active now would be a great time to start. If you are active try to change it up a bit!

Don't stress! I know stalls can be frustrating, but you just have to be patient.

There is a thread on here about stalls... Something like going back to basics that lilmissdiva started... Search for that, it seems to help out a lot of people.

Congrats on your weightloss so far and you look great! Best wishes!

I am on my pre-op diet to lose my initial 5% before surgery, and i am required to replace at least one meal with a Protein Shake. I have tried some good ones. try Muscle milk light, and EAS carb control. Both have around 100 cal and 17-20 Protein. Don't taste too bad either.

I got mine at target, but you can get them at Walmart too. Try the the ready to drink shakes to see if you like them, and if you do, you can buy the powder to mix your own. Or if you have a nutritionist to consult, ask him/her for advice as well.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
