Wal Mart Insurance approval?

I have wal mart insurance which is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arkansas, but through Wal mart. I am curious to see if anyone has ever gotten approved for gastric sleeve with this type of insurance and how hard was it? I can not find any information anywhere to help me or give me hope!

    I have done this, they said I would have to file an appeal and then they are not sure if they will approve it. I was just curious to know if anyone out there has ever gotten it approved or if I am wasting my time!
