Hi. I'm new here. I'm not up but I work for another railroad and we are covered for WLS. I have the band now but need to revise to the sleeve. I have a appointment on the 18th and I will let you know if they think I have a chance. I'm trying to get my bmi up to 40 since I'm so close before then. When I had my Lapband installed I was in there waiting room and a wife of a up employee from Barstow was on the waiting room too. (that was 3 years ago) so I bet your covered but just not sure what's required to qualify.
