Broke my four day stall today!! I made sure to get a little more calories in yesterday and bam, 1lb down today!! So happy!! So anyone in a stall, try upping your calories, maybe that will work! I can tell that I am going to be a slower loser and I'm ok with that. As long as its going down! Lol

Just had a thought. Is anyone savvy enough to make a grid of all of our Wt loss for jan sleeves? If so it would be a great motivator for us to report our wt loss along our journey. Any thoughts?

I was sleeved January 28th. Lost 30lbs in 11 days!! and I feel great! Lot of energy!

My husband looked at me today and said Whoa! Your face is so much thinner...such a good man.

Aww, what a sweetie! That's great that you have such an awesome support system. I am sure that really helps when things get tough! :)

I had my sleeve on Jan 9 and with the prediet I have lost 26lbs! and lots of inches! I'm doing will on mushy foods and will move on to soft reg foods next week. I'm still not getting in enough liquids.

Hi Everyone. This is my first post. Had my sleeve done on January 16 and I am done 30 lbs since the surgery. I am on the soft food stage and seem to be pretty lucky. Everything I have tried so far as been staying down. Having a bit a problem getting in my protein shakes.

Hi all! I had my surgery 10 days ago (1/31/13) and I am down 16 pounds. Preop I lost 22 pounds. I have stalled the last 2 days. any thoughts on how to fix this??

Woke up this am weighed in at 226 30 pounds down from starting weight of 256 . My birthday is this week this is the best gift I have ever gotten.

The only issue Im having is getting in my daily vitamins.

Have you tried gummy multi vitimins? I take those and they are easy on the tummy :)

I'm having a hard time with my calcium vitamin (which I have to take 3 a day!) it's so yucky to me I gag! Any suggestions?..

Sleeved on January 17th and doing great. I sip my water all darn day. I have one of those huge plastic cups that holds 30 ounces and fill it twice a day. For breakfast I either have 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt with a little strawberry jelly mixed in to take the edge off. I take my chewy multi vitamin. Then I pore myself half a bottle of isopure over ice and alternate between that and water until lunch. Lunch and dinner is soup soup soup. My doctor instructed 5 achy long weeks of soup. I'm a connoisseur of soup. I can rock some progresso southwestern veggie soup zip blended to thin (and strained) with a teaspoon of plain Greek yogurt. You squeeze you eyes real tight and swear its tortilla soup. In the afternoon I take my calcium right after soup. Seems to make the vitamins go down easy. After dinner I sometimes treat myself to no sugar added, all natural juice bar.

I've been walking and walking and went 1.6 miles today, proud of myself. I also dabble in a little bit of wii dance with my kid, but take it easy, not too much jumping.

It's a journey and with this new tool we have, we can all do it!
