Feel free to weigh yourself every day, I do, but I only record the weight once a week. Your body fluctuates a lot throughout a day so it's just not accurate. As for feeling full you will get that once

I was sleeved on December 18th and have done very well. I got into the habit of weighing myself every day which I now know was a mistake. Today when I weighed myself it showed I gained a pound and I was disappointed and confused. I'm getting my protein in (55-70 per day). In fact I'm so focused on the protein I have not really been having too much of the other items my doc has allowed at this point. I have had soup 2 times and mashed potatoes a couple of times. Here is my issue.... I am no longer feeling full for as long. I can drink more now than I could (can drink 8-11 oz in 30 minutes when before could only tolerate 3-4 in same period). Any thoughts or suggestions? Am I doing something wrong? Just feeling out of sorts. Maybe it is because I am more healed but would like to hear from others.
