  1. I can't believe you've even worked this out lol
  2. A stone in less than a month?? That's not slow.
  3. Obviously if it stressed you out don't do it. I don't react like that.
  4. Feel free to weigh yourself every day, I do, but I only record the weight once a week. Your body fluctuates a lot throughout a day so it's just not accurate. As for feeling full you will get that once you're on solid food and focussing on protein. Don't panic.
  5. Word vomit?! Give me strength. Leave the poor girl alone, she said nothing wrong. People on this public forum take offence at the drop of a hat, I don't get it.
  6. Er she wasn't, she actually said she was envious! Not sure how you can take that as an insult. Take a chill pill.
  7. I think you're missing the point of what she said!
  8. Please stick to your post op diet. It's not surprising you are vomitting eating that food so soon post op. if you are worried about the pain speak to your dr. I had left side shoulder pain from wind but not in my hand.
  9. Yes I had this. Count 30 seconds at least between mouthfuls. It gets better. I don't count anymore x
  10. I have never been told that!
  11. I don't find goals like that helpful as you can end up upset you haven't met them. I find it much better to go with the flow. Some weeks are fast and some slow.
  12. It will go. Only lasted a week or so for me.
  13. Didn't even think about it
  14. You are a success because you have recognised and acknowledged your gain. I really hope you get it under control xx
  15. Why don't you tell us what you eat in a typical day? Took me a long while to be able to get my calories up! I avoided carbs at the beginning with dinner. I didn't have room.
  16. Everyone has buyer's remorse at some point! In a few weeks this bit will be a dim and distant memory and you'll be enjoying the weight loss x
  17. It might just be acid making you feel hungry. Don't panic it's very early days x
  18. Yep I had it. It's horrible. Keep brushing your tongue it will go. I think it's ketosis.
  19. What exercise are you doing? It's very early days for you to be doing that daily.
  20. That's really helpful. Thank you for sharing. I know if I drink after eating I'm sick.
  21. I stick to 1,000 a day. I was about 500 a day until I went on to proper food. We aren't obsessed with protein shakes in the uk we just eat normal food.
  22. My advice is don't nag. As you progress she may just change her mind. I vomited a lot when moving on to solids. Only recently started getting the hang of it. It didn't make me have any regrets though.
  23. It can't make you stall but can increase your appetite. Keep an eye on your calorie intake.
