I'm a slow loser sleeved on 12/5 and lost 15 pounds and i also have pcos and I'm eating regular food. My question is do people with high bmi trend to loose weight faster and more than people with low bmi

ETA: I had a 'low' BMI and was a fairly slow loser. You still lose though!!

I have to agree that 15 lbs in less than a month is not a slow loss. Thats pretty dang good considering 8 lbs a month is considered really good and you've lost twice that in less the time. Yes, people with more to lose drop more in the beginning. The closer you are to goal the slower the loss is.
