Premier is awesome and very appropriate protein and calorie wise. I would not advise any of the drinks that contain sugar but that's a personal choice.

  • Good choice!! They are my go to! Honestly they are almost like thin chocolate milk. No chalky taste- Mmm Mmm good

  • Not heard of it before but premier is 160 for 30 grams so it sounds calorie to protein ratio not so good.

My dr and NUT says they're OK.

Mine too.

Ok good.. I don't care for the carnation kind but the kelloggs isn't too bad. But I didn't know because the carbs and sugars are kind of high.

Does anyone know is Ensure Clear is good? It has 9g of protein but 130 calories.

I pretty much live on Premiers. Not overly sweet, great protein and low carb. I looked at the Special K's but thought the sugar count was just too high.

Yea that's kinda what I was thinkin that the sugar was a lil too high that's why I asked but I just bought a muscle milk and it seems pretty good and doesn't taste too bad either.. 14oz bottle 230 cals 12 carbs 3g sugar and 25g protein... how's that sound to yall?

They also have a muscle milk lite that had slot less calories!

The muscle milk light is good tasting also. Save the calories go with premier from Sam's club or muscle milk lite that you can find in many grocery stores.

I looked at those Kellogg drinks today at Walmart. They have 25 grams of sugar, 25 carbs. That is a ton for a Breakfast drink! That is 1/2 my carbs and way more sugar than i like in a day.

i would stick to the premier or the EAS are good.
