  1. Finally lost 50#!! So excited! Now just to get under 200! 15# to go for my next goal!
  2. No problem!! I get the premier protein from SAMs. I think they carry it at Costco also. You may be able to order it though.
  3. Not that I know of I just get the regular bag. If you want a pre made shake try premier Protein. I love it. It comes in chocolate and vanilla.
  4. 3/4-1 cup of ice 1 cup of no sugar added almond milk 1 chobobi orange vanilla Greek yogurt 2 scoops of body bi vi shake mix Then blend! You can add more or less ice and milk depending on how you like the consistency. I try to add the yogurt for flavoring rather than juice just to avoid calories. They are countless recipes though! Good luck!!
  5. I just use the cheapest bag. I love it!! I add Greek yogurt to mine for added protein! My favorite is the choboni champions orange vanilla with almond milk! Let me know if you need some recipe help! I would be glad to share!
  6. I was sleeved dec 20 in Covington! Are you seeing a nutritionist anywhere in town? I'm looking for one. I don't want to have to drive to go see the one out there.
  7. Hi! Yes, I stayed one night in the hospital. My advice would be to make sure if you have questions ASK!! I kinda felt like I was rushed through everything. I had my surgery in December and they were really busy then. I waited for him for 3 hours for my pre op appt. then I never once saw him in the hospital. It kind of upset me. I actually went into the office today for my 2 month check up. He did an awesome job with my sleeve I haven't had any complications and my incisions were great! Only 3 lil cuts. Be sure you take pictures of yourself before surgery and do your measurements. I didn't do either and regret it! Let me know if you have any other questions!!
  8. I am the exact same way it's really discouraging!
  9. I'm almost 2 months out and it hurts so bad to drink a soda! It feels like I swallowed fire!
  10. I had my sleeve done on dec 20 and have been stalled for about 4 weeks also it's so frustrating! I know in the long run I will be happy I did this for myself but right now not so much! I start at the gym Monday so I'm hoping that helps! Good luck all!!
  11. I'm with you!! I love me some sweet tea! I use the Splenda with fiber!
  12. I went to the after hours clinic last night because I haven't been feeling to great. I have a sinus infection and I got a steroid shot and she gave me a script for steriods and antibiotics. I told her I had wls surgery 6 weeks ago. Has anyone had problems with taking meds afterwards? I hate taking steriods because they make me wanna eat everything and I get kinda grumpy. Any suggestions?? Thanks y'all!!
